With empathy and a non-judgemental approach, I work closely with you to create a personalised sleep plan that addresses your unique challenges and goals whilst in alignment with your parenting values.

All of my methods are grounded in the latest research in sleep science and child development, ensuring both safety and effectiveness.

Discovery call

Book a free 15 minute call to discuss your sleep issues and discover if I can help you.

Step 2
3 Day sleep diary

Once the consultation is booked you will receive a sleep diary to complete over 3 days to return to me for assessment.

Step 3
1 hour consultation

We will discuss my assessment, your concerns and sleep goals to create a plan that meets the needs of your family.

Step 4
Personalised sleep plan

Your bespoke sleep plan and  summary of any key points will then be sent via email.

Step 5
Follow up support

I will then be there to support you for the duration of your package.

Sanchia was so helpful with our 8 month old. Our daughter, at the time, would not nap for more then 30 minutes and would wake at least 3 times every night.
